No Support or Pre-Sales Available?

Hi, I "was" eager in paying for Wave or one of the scripts either directly here or via Envato, but after asking a few benign pre-sales questions in various places (support@..., Envato contact box, etc.), there was not a single reply.

I can understand y'all are busy but I have to wonder if Wave is dead in the water or if DevDojo/TheControlGroup aren't interested in it or if we can't expect any support after paying for a subscription?

If someone can please clarify or assist, that woulbe be great. Thanks.

Thanks, Carlos-- I've been burned many times before of paying something that had no clear and present support which was an indication that it didn't have enough interest from devs that it's abandoned or led to a slow death in obsolescence not long after. And of course, only have myself to blame since the signs were there.

So while I may never ask for support, I'd like to know that it's there if I need it, seeing especially that I'd pay for a license and this can't just be relegated "to the community" or forums.

So I'd like to know if this will keep being developed and updated going forward now when there is barely any responses to queries, and isn't showing signs of getting abandoned. I'd also like to know if Wave and all the scripts are usable in only one domain, or one script at a time, or if they can be spread out to one use per site but used concurrently.

    Thanks.

Being optimistic about it would have been great, Carlos, but not when you're made to look like a fool. I've been there before, trusting people or companies with my money only to be shafted because they won't even respond after you became a (paying) customer. It's an appaling turn for what otherwise seemed to be a cool product.

But I appreciate your response, affirming that you did already pay and they still won't respond.

    Hey Nicholas,

I'm sorry that we haven't gotten back to you with your Pre-sales question. Envato is typically not a place where we are responding to pre-sales questions. If you can send me a private message on the DevDojo I can definitely get back to you with the answers you need.

I'll also throw in a coupon code to make up for not responding earlier. Hope that helps :)

Thanks! And Thanks Carlos for responding as well :D

    Nicholas,
I just found Wave yesterday and had similar concerns. Blog shows a lot of activity from one day a while ago. But I emailed Tony using the email on his website (https://tonylea.com/) at 9pm my time which I think is 6pm his time. I got an answer within 20 minutes. So I am confident enough to throw some time and a bit of money into it to see if the service does what I need it to do; is a clear improvement over other options and of course showns signs of decent community / developer support.
